COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – On a busy election night across the river in East Alabama, Columbus City Council chose and debated some new leaders of their own.
They voted and approved the appointment of Holli Browder as Columbus Director of Parks and Recreation.
City council ended up tabling a vote to pick an auditor or keep the same one Albright Fortenberry.
Also on the agenda for Columbus city councilors was a resolution confirming rate changes for Health Insurance for active employees and Pre-65 Retirees, along with modifications to the health plan benefits. That was also pushed to their next meeting.
