Police looking for missing Phenix City teen; last seen Oct. 18

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - The Phenix City Police Department is looking for a teen who was last seen on Oct. 18.

According to a post on the Missing Pieces Network Facebook page, Francheska Diaz, 17, was last seen on Oct. 18 around 7:50 a.m. to go to her bus stop at the corner of Dotti Drive and Calpatrick Street. The streets are in the Gatewood subdivision in Phenix City.

The flyer says she was last seen getting into a white pickup truck with an unidentified male. He is described as young and possibly Hispanic. She was wearing pearl earrings and the red uniform (pictured top right on the flyer) when she left her home.

The Phenix City Police Department did confirm that her family did file a missing person's report and are actively investigating the case and attempting to locate her.

At this time, PCPD does not have any evidence of foul play.
