COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Three men stood before a judge Monday morning in connection with a deadly shooting in Columbus.
Police say Daginald Wheeler, Demark Ponder and James Daniels were involved in a shooting at the 4th Quarter Sports Bar on Macon Road early October 2015.
The three men are accused of being involved in an altercation between two motorcycle gangs-- the Strikers and the Outcast.
That altercation resulted in the shooting that killed one man and injured two others.
In the hearing, Judge Bobby Peters requested to see DNA evidence on the gun allegedly used during the shooting.
The District Attorney expressed they are still waiting on evidence from the crime lab.
Jury Selection is set to start May first.
Wheeler, Ponder and Daniels all pleaded not guilty.
