AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - Today, eight teams competed in the final round of the Tiger Cage Student Pitch Competition.

The competition presented by the Harbert College of Business and the Auburn Research and Technology Foundation gives student teams from Auburn University a chance to present their products, services or business concepts to judges.

Teams competed for more than $25,000 in funding and services to make their products a reality.

Tiger Cage Finalist, Gibson Wang of Team Sole Line says, "It was very exhilarating and exciting for us because this process has been long and hard for us. We put a lot of time and effort in it. So being able to pitch in front of all these judges as top 4 is a proud moment for us."

BioErgo Solutions, a platform aimed at helping businesses prevent occupational injuries through wearable technology was the winner today with Soleline taking the runner-up.
