VALLEY, AL (WTVM) – Valley police are searching for two suspects who rammed into a grocery store and stole an ATM.

On Tuesday around 3 a.m., officers were called to Givorns Foods, located on Fairfax ByPass in Valley, AL.

When police arrived, they found that an entry had been made through the front glass doors, however, no suspects were located in the building.

A surveillance video revealed that a white 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Extended Cab Truck with the Georgia tag: AZI2117 had been driven through the doors and the ATM was loaded into the bed of the truck by two men.

Regular shoppers of the grocery store are surprised this happened,  "That's a bad deal, I'm glad nobody was in there and if they were that nobody got hurt," says one shopper. "You know what, the way things are going right now we haven't seen the worst of it," says another shopper.

Police say the truck had been reported stolen on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, in Duluth, Georgia.

The truck should have damage to the front, rear, and both sides.

Anyone with information concerning this vehicle or possible suspects may call Valley Police Department at 334-756-5200 or Greater Valley Area Crimestoppers at 334-756-8200.
