Warming station extended in Columbus; extreme winter weather expected

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Due to extreme winter weather, a temporary warming facility is available in Columbus from Jan. 1 to Jan. 7.

The warming station is open until 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 at SafeHouse inside Rose Hill Methodist Church.

No one will be turned away.

SafeHouse is located at 2101 Hamilton Rd.
