Nick Fox decided to pop the question via billboard in Phenix City, Alabama.

Fox asked his longtime girlfriend, Ashley Mora, to marry him with a large pink billboard near Crawford Road and 24th Street.

The sign reads " Ashley, will you marry me?".

Here's how Mora described the proposal in her own words:

"He works for Outfront [Billboard company] as a sign hanger, so he had this planned with the guys up front for over a month now, getting the sign designed, made, and sent to them. HE hung it up Friday around 2, praying I didn't see it before he could get home. Once I got off work I met him home, we had planned to go to the mall to buy shoes.... As we are about to leave the house he says, "let me drive", so I did. We pull out of our road and up to the stop sign on 13th and he says "look at the sign I put up", I look over to my right and see it, look back at him and he's holding a ring! He then smiles and says "Will you marry me?"

Spoiler alert; she said yes!

Mora says she had no idea about the surprise plan and was overwhelmed with happiness when Fox asked.

The couple dated for 12 years before getting engaged.

Mora says to stay tuned for the set wedding date.

Congratulations to the couple!
