COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The Ralston Towers in Columbus has until Wednesday, Feb. 21 to have repairs completed following an extension granted by a judge.
Representatives for the building answered to two dozen code violations written by Columbus' Building and Code Department in Recorder's Court Feb. 7. The judge told the landlord he had two weeks to comply with all citations and repairs.
Ralston's owners originally had a January deadline to answer to a repair citation in Environment Court. The date was postponed due to the winter weather that brought snow and ice to Columbus and other parts of the Chattahoochee Valley.
