GA Secretary of State candidate speaks on revamping the state's voting system
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - John Barrow is running for Georgia Secretary of State and promises to revamp the state's voting system by getting paper ballots back.
Barrow is a former Athens-Clarke County Commissioner and former U.S. Congressman who represented eastern and southeastern Georgia. He is a Democrat and is known for his bipartisan record of bringing jobs to Georgia, holding down taxes, and supporting access to quality health care for all Georgians.
"We have fallen behind. You really don't realize how much easier it is to vote in other states," says Barrow.
The election for the 28th Georgia Secretary of State will be held Nov. 6.
