COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A Columbus man suspected of a deadly drive-by shooting has been acquitted of the most serious charges.
Wednesday, a Columbus jury found Anthony Walker guilty of aggravated assault, but he was not guilty of felony murder, malice murder, and use of firearm during a crime.
Walker is accused in the fatal drive-by shooting of 47-year-old Marvine Bailey on Forsyth Street in January 2014.
He faces anywhere between one and 20 years in prison.
A sentencing date has not been set.
