COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - May 4 marked Star Wars Day and people in the Chattahoochee Valley celebrated at the Columbus Museum.
The museum partnered with the Coca-Cola Space Science Center to celebrate Star Wars Day for the third year. The free event featured death stars, galaxy paint, and even a Cantina Band playing different Star Wars theme songs.
"It is May 4th so it is Star Wars Day. We are definitely celebrating today and this is definitely a Jedi holiday unlike Revenge of the Fifth," says Addie Edens, director of education at the Columbus Museum.
The event was free to the public.
