At least 1 injured in car accident on Lee Road 175 in Salem

SALEM, AL (WTVM) - First responders reported to the scene of a vehicle accident in Salem, Alabama Wednesday evening.
The accident happened on Lee Road 175 approximately a mile from Salem Antiques. A car went into a deep ravine.
A helicopter transported a victim to a Columbus hospital to be treated. The total number of people injured has not been confirmed.
