AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - A woman was arrested in Auburn Tuesday, June 19 on burglary and theft warrants
Ambriah Sanquanetta Hunter, 23, is charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property.
The arrest stems from a burglary that happened December 31, 3017 at a residence in the 500 block of Thach Avenue. The victim reported that the residence was forcibly entered while they were away.
Electronic devices valued at over $900 were reportedly stolen.
According to Auburn police, DNA analysis linked Hunter to the burglary.
She was taken into custody with the assistance of the Opelika Police Department. Hunter is being held in the Lee County Jail on a $4,500 bond.
The case remains under investigation by the Auburn Police Division and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences. Additional arrests are anticipated.
