VALLEY, AL (WTVM) - Several suspects were arrested in Valley, Alabama after drugs were recovered at a residence on Thursday, June 21.
Agents from the Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force (ADETF) and the Chambers County Multi-Jurisdictional SWAT Team executed a search warrant at a residence on 56th Street and recovered a quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm that had an altered serial number.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with possession of meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia:
Jonathan Matthew Adams, 24, of Valley
Mindy Hill Burkett, 45, of Valley
Tymichael Antonio Mitchell, 27, of Lanett
Kadeem Roshad Dunlap, 23, of Valley
Ahsha Shani Torregano, age 30, of Louisiana
Adams, Burkett, Dunlap, and Torregano were also charged with possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.
ADETF agents along with the Chambers County/Lee County Drug Task Force and the Valley Police Department have been investigating the residence for allegations of unlawfully distributing controlled substances.
Officials obtained evidence to support the allegations throughout the course of their investigation.
