(WTVM) - Several runoffs were decided yesterday and we are now learning what will come next for school boards across the Chattahoochee Valley.

These particular runoffs will not have to worry about heading to a general election in November.

In Harris County, newcomer Bridgett Oliver took the win over Tim Edgar who has served on the Harris County School Board in their second district's seat.

In Randolph County, Ra'mel Thomas took the District 1 seat on the Randolph County School Board and Henry Cook took the District 5 seat.

In Chattahoochee County, Commissioner Post three, Tommy Martin came out on top with 241 votes versus Eric Meadows with 199 votes.

All three school board winners will spend the next six months getting ready to officially take office in January.
