Auburn man arrested, charged with marijuana trafficking

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - An Auburn man was arrested Thursday, August 2 as part of an ongoing investigation by the Auburn Police Division Narcotics Section.

Francis Erskine Bean, 31, is charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 600 block of North Gay Street.

A quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located inside the home.

Bean was transported to the Lee County Jail where he is being on a $26,000 bond.

The case remains under investigation by the Auburn Police Division Narcotics Section.
