Armed robbery suspect wanted across GA and AL

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Authorities are searching for a man known for committing violent robberies across both Georgia and Alabama.

Police say the man seen here should be considered armed and dangerous.

LaGrange police say he robbed several businesses at gunpoint in recent weeks.

They say he usually commits the thefts 30 minutes before closing.

Stores like AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts and Dollar General were hit.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is being told not to confront him and contact 911 immediately.
