COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - As Mark Jones continues to work daily towards recovery from injuries sustained in a car accident, he has been making a few business decisions while being away.
Mark suffered from spinal injuries after a car accident on May 20. The impact left him quadriplegic and on a path to rehabilitation.
The community has been supporting him and his family as he continues to get better.
In the last month, Jones decided to close The Poultry Company, that featured fried chicken, also one of the four restaurants in downtown Columbus.
The Poultry Company had not too long ago opened in November 2017 and was previously operated as PHILLY-osophy The Art of Cheesesteak.
Jones feels that with this being one of the newest locations, the management and team are not as strong as the other restaurants who have already established great management and teams.
