Columbus police arrest 19-year-old for stabbing

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus police arrested a man for multiple charges that involved a stabbing.
On Aug. 5, around 7:05 a.m. officers responded to the 5000 block of Jamestown Drive in reference to a stabbing.
Police arrested 19-year-old Justin Spann on Monday, Aug. 13 for aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault with a knife, possession of firearm or knife during commision of or attempt to commit a certain crime.
Spann is expected to appear in Recorder's Court on Thursday, Aug. 16.
