4 arrested for drugs following search warrant on Forrest Road

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Columbus police arrested four people on drug-related charges.

On Monday, Aug. 13, the Columbus Police Department Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant in the 6800 block of Forrest Road.

After executing the search warrant, the following people we arrested and charged:

Michael Daniel, 54, charged with possession of marijuana
Thomas Roosevelt, 60, charged with sales of hallucinogen, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, drug-related objects, possession of marijuana with intent to use or manufacture, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, convicted felon in possession of firearms
Kavita Thomas, 49, charged with possession and use of drug-related objects

They are scheduled to appear in Recorder's Court on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 8 a.m.
