UPDATE: Police respond to shots fired on 33rd Street

(WTVM) - UPDATE: Columbus Police have confirmed that around 10 p.m. Saturday night officers responded to a shots heard or fired call  1048 33rd St.

33rd Street between Hamilton Road and 11th St. was shut down for several hours.

News Leader 9 crews on the scene saw SWAT team vehicles and officers on scene. CPD officers had guns drawn and pointed at the house for several hours.

Officers on a loudspeaker could be heard calling for a man to come out of the home.
