(WTVM) - Georgia Power customers will receive a third $25 bill credit in September.
The credit was approved by the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) as part of its order to continue construction of Vogtle, a nuclear unit being constructed near Waynesboro, Georgia.
Customers previously received $25 credits in April and July of this year. Vogtle 3 and 4 are the nation's only new nuclear units under construction with new progress being made daily.
