COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The third suspect in a home invasion turned murder did not appear in court Friday morning.

14-year-old Kevonta Daniels was arrested and charged with robbery of a residence with a gun, aggravated assault and willful killing with a gun in March.

Daniels was originally scheduled to appear in court Friday, June 22nd in connection with the case of 61-year-old Kenneth Moore who died days after he was shot in his home on Curry St.

He is one of the three teen suspects accused in the home invasion and he is facing a total of 14 charges including armed robbery, aggravated assault, murder, theft by taking, possession of a firearm/knife and theft by taking a motor vehicle.

The date has not been set for his next court appearance.
