As we peek ahead to the rest of the week, look for highs to generally stay in the mid 80s with more clouds than sun at times and a rain coverage that will only be around 10-20%. In the summertime, that means most folks probably won’t be getting wet, but you’ll always need to be prepared for a shower or storm just in case!
While Wednesday looks to feature the best chance of showers and storms for the week, more than half of us are still expected to stay dry. Temperatures are also warming up closer to average.
The weather for the rest of the week will remain mostly quiet - rain coverage on any given afternoon or evening in the 10-30% range with highs back in the mid 80s. Lows should be in the mid 60s as we continue a stretch of below average high temperatures for the next few days.

Our weather heading into the holiday weekend looks really nice close to home - pleasant conditions and mostly dry weather is on tap for the Chattahoochee Valley. Conditions across the Valley are still looking gloomy and dreary as another round of showers moved through in the early morning hours. A few light showers are still lingering but the Valley should be clear of the rain in the afternoon.
Heading into Wednesday, we will still have rain chances to deal with early in the morning, perhaps up until the noon hour. Skies will remain cloudy early, but we should be able to see some peeks of sunshine through the clouds later in the afternoon with temperatures back in the mid to upper 70s - perhaps the lower 80s if we can see more sunshine.
The Valley will continue to stay in the upper 60s to low 70s with on-and-off scattered showers/storms today; however, the weather pattern shifts into a dry trend starting tomorrow.
