Rain Chances Return This Weekend

Cold front brings a slight cool-down

Very Warm & Dry Thursday Ahead

We’re looking at mid to upper 80s on Thursday with a partly cloudy sky and no chance of rain, easily the nicest day of the week coming up. The pollen count will remain high - and probably will for the next week at least, so that might be the only complaint people have!

  Warm Spring Weather!

Some fog around again for Wednesday morning, but it should finally fade away by the late morning hours followed by a beautiful almost-spring afternoon.

Warm Week Ahead; Rain Chances Low

Look for the low to mid 80s for highs as we head through Friday with lows back in the 60s. Look for the best coverage of any rain or storms tomorrow to be mainly in our Georgia counties - even here, not everyone will get wet and Thursday.

Warmer Temperatures & Lower Rain Chances This Week

After a cool day in spots across the Valley, we will see temperatures warming to the upper 70s and lower 80s tomorrow, with low to mid 80s for the middle and end of the week. Rain coverage looks fairly low in the coming days with the highest coverage on Tuesday north of Highway 80.

  Springtime Vibes Running High

A wedge of cooler air will try to push its way farther across north & central Georgia this morning, but most of us in the Valley will not manage to see much of a cooldown.

  Backdoor Cold Front Coming

Highs quickly bounce back into the 80s!

  Spring-Like Weekend Ahead!

Low Rain Chances Continue Into The Weekend

No cold fronts in sight!

Warming Up Despite the Clouds Around

As we wrap up the work week, clouds will continue to stick around, but rain chances still don’t look overly impressive.

Staying Warm & Mostly Dry

Rain coverage will stay at 10-20% over the rest of this week and into the weekend meaning that most of us won’t get wet, but you should still be prepared for some showers or storms, especially in the afternoon and evening hours. Highs are expected to stay in the 70s.

  Springtime Vibes in the Air

Starting off Wednesday morning with some dense fog across the Valley, which has been reducing visibility for the AM commute.

20-30% Rain Coverage This Week; Staying Warm!

As we head through Friday, the rain coverage will be in the 20-30% range with the days of the highest coverage likely coming Wednesday and Friday, especially in the afternoon and evening. It won’t be a washout by any means, and many folks will end up staying dry.

Light Rain Showers Return to the Forecast

The pleasant dry stretch of weather we’ve had at our disposal over the last 4 days comes to an end this morning as rain moves back into the Southeast.

Rain & Storm Chances, but Not Washouts

Going into this week, a storm system will stall out just to our north, keeping us much warmer than average with highs in the 70s - in some cases as we approach the end of the week and the weekend, we might see highs in the lower 80s.

Hints of Spring in the Forecast This Week

The forecast for the week ahead features much warmer temperatures akin to spring, but also a return of rain chances to the forecast.

Thursday brings the final round of wet weather before we dry out on Friday, with a steady, soaking rain on tap through this evening.

In a non-surprising weather update, rain continues to fall and fog has formed again across the Valley Wednesday morning, but we expect showers to taper off briefly this afternoon and evening.

More Rain on the Way

Another good soaking is on the way with rain moving back into the area tonight, overnight, and into early Wednesday morning. We can’t rule out some additional showers during the day tomorrow, and then get ready for more rain Wednesday night into the day on Thursday.

  Downright Dreary Weather Persists

A forlorn Tuesday across the Valley with more clouds, rain, and fog to deal with—and even some thunder and lightning in the mix!
