Bridge repair to change Ft. Benning traffic pattern

FORT BENNING, GA (WTVM) - Repair of the northbound bridge over the Upatoi Creek on Interstate 185 is scheduled to start March 7.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction over the southbound bridge.
This phase of the construction is expected to take four months.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. The speed limit in the construction zone is 35 mph.
