Funeral plans set for murdered Columbus mother and son

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The funeral date is set for a mother and her young son who were murdered before their Columbus home was set on fire in August.
Rosella Mitchell and her six-month-old son Dylan will be laid to rest Saturday morning, Sept. 20. Funeral begins at 11 a.m. at Bread of Life Church in Columbus, Ga.
Investigators say Mitchell was stabbed by her boyfriend, Brandon Conner, before he set the house on fire, leaving her and the child inside the burning home.
Conner, charged with both of their murders, pleaded innocent.
