Three weeks after 32-year-old Rosella Mitchell and her six-month-old son, Dylan, were found dead inside of a burned home in Columbus, the family says they are still waiting for investigators to release the bodies.

The family is also still raising money to give the mother and son a proper burial.

Family members have a fund set up through Bank of America called "A Rose for Dylan" to help gather donations.

The victim's boyfriend, Brandon Conner, has been arrested and charged with stabbing Mitchell to death and then setting the Winifred Ln. house on fire to cover up the crime. Connor says he is innocent.
