UPDATE: Suspect wanted in Columbus for attacking Auto Zone employee with a knife

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - A suspect is wanted in Columbus for attacking an Auto Zone employee with a knife.
The incident happened shortly before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Auto Zone store on 32nd Street.
According to the Columbus Police Department, it was reported that the employee was attacked after greeting the suspect as he entered the store. The employee’s condition has not been confirmed.
The suspect is described as a slender male with short hair and a goatee. He was possibly wearing a dark gray shirt and dark pants with a pair of slides.
