Auburn High vs. Thomas County Central Spring Football game moved to Troy University

TROY, Ala. (WTVM) -The spring football showdown between Auburn High School and Thomas County Central High School has a new home.

The matchup between Auburn and the reigning Georgia Class 5A state champions will now be played Friday night at Troy University. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. EST.

The interstate spring game is considered one of the top preseason matchups in the country, bringing together two powerhouse high school football programs from Alabama and Georgia.
