Shaw High Celebrates Seven Student-Athletes on Signing Day

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) -Seven student-athletes at Shaw High School signed Monday to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level during the school’s signing day ceremony.

Qhishyi Walcott signed with Enterprise State Community College to compete in basketball and flag football.

Brooke Shipp will continue her basketball career at Columbia College, while Brenden Houston-Baldwin signed to play basketball at Thomas University.

Jeremiah Lovett will play baseball at Stillman College.

Jazmine Unrein signed with Andrew College to continue her soccer career.

Gavin Gardner will run cross country at Brewton-Parker College, and Lauren Roberton signed to play volleyball at Central Alabama Community College.
